JEE Advanced is conducted every year by the seven Zonal Coordinating (ZC) IITs under the main guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). JEE Advanced is conducted on a national-level for candidates seeking admission in Engineering and Architecture courses offered at ISM (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad and IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology). JEE Advanced 2018 is an online exam taken after JEE Mains, by only those candidates who qualify the JEE Main exam and feature in the list of top 2.25 lakh candidates.

JEE Advanced Conducting Body

Every year, the JEE Advanced examination is organised by any one of the Seven Zonal IITs (short for Indian Institutes of Technology) under the guidance of the JAB (Joint Admission Board). The Joint Engineering Examination (JEE) Advanced is the entrance examination basis which candidates get admission in the Engineering, Science, Architecture programmes offered by IITs. The performance of a candidate in this examination forms the basis for admission to the Bachelor’s, Integrated Masters and Dual Degree programmes (entry at the 10+2 level) in all the IITs. The JAB is the decision-making body of IIT admissions that introduces all the policies.

IIT-JEE Advanced 2019 Registration Date for Odisha Students Extended 

JEE Advanced online registration process has been extended till 14th May 2019 for Cyclone-affected students in the state of Odisha. Prakash Javadekar, HRD Minister via his official Twitter handle confirmed the new online registration dates for IIT-JEE Advanced which will be conducted by IIT-Roorkee. The deadline for JEE Advanced 2019 online registration for other students remains the same.

 JEE Advanced aspirants in Odisha will receive all the help regarding online registration from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneshwar. JEE Advanced will be conducted on 27th May 2019 for thousands of aspirants across the country.
